Enquiries

Placing Orders
Orders for our goods, products, and services must be submitted in writing. However, we accept telephone orders for stock items. A confirmation is sent for each order within 2–3 working days, containing details such as the quantity of ordered goods or products, pricing, delivery date, and general terms of fulfilment. This confirmation constitutes a sales contract.
Order Fulfilment Terms
The following terms apply to all our deliveries, unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- All prices provided are net and are subject to VAT at the applicable rate.
- For imported goods, the price is calculated in PLN as the equivalent of the foreign currency amount, based on the ING Bank Śląski S.A. foreign currency sell rate on the date of invoice issuance.
- For manufactured goods, a production-related quantity deviation of +/- 5% from the ordered amount is permitted due to technological reasons.
- The customer is required to collect the ordered goods no later than 7 days from the date on which the supplier notifies them that the goods are ready for collection. If this deadline is not met, the supplier reserves the right to make the goods available to another customer.
- The customer is not entitled to cancel the order without justified cause and the supplier’s written consent.
- The supplier reserves the right to charge the customer for any costs incurred in connection with the fulfilment of a cancelled order.
- If transport is organised by the customer, the delivery date shall be considered the date on which the goods are made available for collection.
- If transport is organised by the supplier, the delivery date shall be considered the dispatch date recorded on the waybill.
- Partial shipments and/or transshipments are permitted.
- ETC sp. z o.o. shall not be liable for failure to fulfil or delay in fulfilling an order if caused by circumstances beyond its control that could not have been foreseen at the time of order confirmation (including delays in the delivery of materials required for production).
- All delivered goods and products are covered by a quality guarantee in line with the warranty conditions for ceramic decorative materials, pastes, and decals.
Prices and Delivery Times
Decals
Prices are quoted individually for each order and depend on the number of printed sheets, the number of colours, and the value of materials used during production. Decal prices are indicative and typically provided within 2 working days of enquiry. The final price and delivery date are confirmed once the prototypes have been approved.
The cost of preparing designs for printing is added for orders of fewer than 500 sheets. This depends, among other things, on the amount of work required to prepare the reproduction forms—for example, the number of different designs on a single sheet or the degree to which the supplied file meets the specified requirements.
Lead times for decals depend on the current production load, the complexity of the technology, the intricacy of the reproduction form preparation process, and material availability. In most cases, decals are produced within approximately 10 working days from the moment the customer approves the designs and production terms. Prototypes are prepared on request for a fee within approximately 14 days from the order date.
Paint Pastes
Prices are quoted individually for each order. They depend on order volume and paste composition. A price is typically provided within approximately 2 working days of enquiry (this timeframe may be extended if a new production method needs to be developed or if the order concerns non-stock items).
Lead times for paint pastes depend on the current production load and the technological complexity of the process. In most cases, pastes are produced within approximately 5 working days from the moment the customer approves the prototypes and production terms.
Other Products
Prices are quoted individually for each order. They depend on order volume and product availability. Prices are typically provided within 2 working days of enquiry (this may be extended for non-stock items).
Delivery times depend on product availability. In most cases, stock items are delivered in less than 3 working days from the moment the customer accepts the delivery terms.
Delivery of Goods
Orders for in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days after the confirmation is received (provided there are no obstacles such as overdue payments or required prepayments). Delivery times for decals, pastes, and other products are specified in the “Prices and Delivery Times” section above.
We ship goods via DHL and UPS (parcels) and Raben (pallets). Domestic shipments are usually delivered within 2–3 working days.
