Screen Printing Stencil Production
We provide comprehensive services related to the preparation of screen printing stencils on customer-supplied frames ranging from 15×15 cm to 140×140 cm. Our offer includes mesh stretching with tension measurement, degreasing, removal of old emulsion, automatic emulsion coating, exposure, and retouching.
Film Imaging
We offer professional film imaging using an Agfa Avantra 30 OLP imagesetter, RIP: PSM, Harlequin Xitron Navigator 9.
File preparation for imaging:
/ Files in .ps, .prn, or .pdf format – separations only (composite files are not accepted), accompanied by a .txt file with format and imaging details, e.g. A4x3, offset, 175 lpi.
/ File naming: maximum of 8 characters.
/ File submission: by email – etc@etc.com.pl
/ We are not responsible for imaging errors resulting from incorrectly prepared files.
/ Maximum imaging size: 740 x 550 mm.
