At the beginning of our cooperation, we recommend conducting trial production, as the performance of decals or pastes in the customer’s kiln may vary.
Implementation
The Pantone stencil was developed with organic automotive paints in mind. Mineral paints have completely different spectral characteristics, so 100% Pantone color reproduction with mineral paints is not possible. Pantone, RAL and NCS stencils can only serve as a reference to approximate the color of mineral paints.
We ship orders of goods from stock within 1-2 business days after receiving confirmation (provided there are no contraindications to shipping, such as overdue payments or the need for prepayment). Delivery deadlines for decals, pastes and other products are described in the Terms and Conditions under Prices and deadlines.
We ship goods via DHL (parcels), UPS (packages) and Raben (pallets). Domestic shipments are usually delivered within 2-3 business days.
Prices/Payments
The conditions for obtaining the transfer are set for each new customer individually.
Due to the large number of variables present in the calculation of prices for our products, it is not possible to prepare uniform price lists for our products and products.

Yes, we have a group of graphic designers and designers in the team. We also have an extensive database of our own decoration designs. It is possible to develop designs according to the customer’s expectations.

Preparation
The decal template should be sent electronically, according to the specified specifications:
Vector graphics
(Corel Draw) – .cdr up to version 2018, (Adobe Illustrator) – .ai up to version CC 2018, .eps, pdf
/ all elements must be converted to curves
/ gradients in the form of a tonal transition
/ graphic elements in documents cropped (masked) – not cropped
/ additional overview file in .jpg format
Raster graphics
/ .tif, .eps, .psd – minimum 300dpi, 1:1 scale
/ decoration designs on layers – .psd
/ raster elements forming e.g. background min. 40 x 40 cm
/ additional overview file in .jpg format
/ Files larger than 5MB please send as a download link from file storage services available on the Internet.
