Orders
/ Decals: 30 sheets (for decals for sandblasting: 200 sheets)

At the beginning of our cooperation, we recommend conducting trial production, as the performance of decals or pastes in the customer’s kiln may vary.
Production
The Pantone stencil was developed with organic automotive paints in mind. Mineral paints have completely different spectral characteristics, so 100% Pantone color reproduction with mineral paints is not possible. Pantone, RAL and NCS stencils can only serve as a reference to approximate the color of mineral paints.
Orders for in-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 working days after the confirmation is received (provided there are no obstacles such as overdue payments or required prepayments). Delivery times for decals, pastes, and other products are specified in the Terms and Conditions under the section Prices and Delivery Times.
We ship goods via DHL and UPS (parcels) and Raben (pallets). Domestic shipments are usually delivered within 2–3 working days.
Prices/Payments
Payment terms are agreed individually for each new customer.
Due to the large number of variables involved in calculating product prices, it is not possible to provide a standardised price list for our goods.
Additional services
Yes, our team includes graphic and design specialists. We also have an extensive database of our own decorative designs. It is possible to develop custom patterns in line with the customer’s expectations.
Yes, although there may be colour deviations due to the different spectral characteristics of ceramic paints.

Preparation
The decal design should be submitted in digital format in accordance with the following specifications:
Vector graphics
(Corel Draw) – .cdr up to version 2018, (Adobe Illustrator) – .ai up to version CC 2018, .eps, pdf
/ all elements must be converted to curves
/ gradients in the form of tonal transitions
/ graphic elements in the documents should be masked – not manually cropped
/ additional preview file in .jpg format
Raster graphics
/ .tif, .eps, .psd – minimum 300dpi, 1:1 scale
/ decoration designs on layers – .psd
/ raster elements forming backgrounds, etc., minimum size 40 x 40 cm
/ additional preview file in the .jpg format
/ Files larger than 5MB should be sent as download links using publicly accessible file-sharing platforms
