In days 9 -10 of April 2002 in our firm's headquarters in Ostrowiec, for the fourth time, the greatest manufacturers of ceramic whiteware, glassware, wrapping glass and technical glass and also the ornamentalists of art glass met in order to get knowledge about technical innovations in sphere of glass and ceramic decorating.

In March our organization received the Certificate of Quality System in the following fields of activity: design, production, sale of transfer printing and colour pastes and distribution of decorative materials. The Certificate confirms that our company is in accordance with the standard PN - EN ISO 9001:2001. The audit was carried out by the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification. The Certificate has been given for three years.

In days 15-19 February 2002 we participated in The International Ambiente Fair in Frankfurt. Our Fair's office was situated in one of the most prestigious covered market - 10.3. Many guests from Germany, Russia and the Ukraine were interested in our offer. The representatives of foreign companies were expressing very well about our decorations. They have valued a very wide assortment of decorations, which were difficult and complicated to make.

With big saticfaction we inform that our representative was participating in Economic Mission " "Ukraina 2001" which took place in 14 - 17.11.2001. Organiser and host of this event the Polish-Ukraine Chamber of Economic and Administration Authorities of city of Kiev took praiseworthy care of this undertaking.
We were accompanied also by journalists of both Polish and Ukrainians Television.
Huge interest of Ukrainian market was proved by exceptionally large number of participants from Poland - app. 70 firms and companies representing different lines of business.We hope that our active participation in this Mission, linked commercial relations and practical knowledge obtained, will bring results in future and products of ETC Group will be present soon on Ukrainian market.

In last days 05.11- 09.11.2001 Poland was visited by representation of Kuwait investors. ETC Group, as an active member of Foreign Investors Chamber of Industry and Commerce, received distinguish invitation to participate in scheduled meetings and commercial talks.
Our representative took active participation in two of round business meetings. Several decisions and confirmed declarations regarding mutual willingness to continue and develop co-operation were taken during this fruitful events. We hope for fast and measurable efects outcoming from mentioned meetings.

We are on preparations to DOMEXPO Fairs in Poznan, which will take place in days 24-26.09.2001.

On stand No 8, pavilion 28 we will present our possibilities in range of preparation of production and decalcomania printing process. Especially for you, we will install graphic stations combined with software, which will present latest technical solutions. In August our production preparation division has completed installation of latest version specialistic software Plate Scrible 3. This is second installation in Europe and eleventh on the world. Said software will make possible us quicker and more perfect preparing of ceramics decoration to be used in production of decalcomania. New solutions used make possible complete and fully adjustable adaptation of decoration to geometry of product shape. Moreover by simultaneous increase of graphics stations we should cope with customers increasing requirements.

In the group of numerous participants of this prestige exhibition, which took place in days 04.09 - 07.09.2001, were representatives of ETC Group. Our offer presented on the Fair aroused large interest among sightseers. Our real pleasure was possibility of hearing affirmative comments rating our products...

Started at february work on initation PN-ISO 9001:2000 in our firm set the pace. After finishing that proces we are going to succesive set the proces of :

The aim of that operation is receve certyficat to confirm introduce of Quality Managment System .
PN-ISO 9001:2000 and integrate Quality Managment System ,Enviroment Managment System and Safety and Work Hygiene Managment System.

Latest software solution in preparation of ceramic printers as announced by quarterly VIEW - 2, of TypeMaker company, are installed mostly in FarEast countries : Japan , India , China, Tailand or Vietnam. Those countries are among the fastest developers of world ceramic industry.
In course of last 12 months the only one firm from Europe has decided to install the latest achievement of computer science in this range and it was . . . our ETC !
